After a solid experience in various IT companies as a software developer, I decided to create my own company and make the process of implementing clients' ideas more efficient and better fulfil their expectations.
In my work I am always guided by the principle of archery, if you want to hit the target, you need to aim higher.
My task as a director of the company, I estimate as - to gather smart people in one big team and teach them to work together, to create all conditions for their personal development and to teach them to build effective processes of ideas implementation.
